Dieses qualitativ hochwertige Produkt vereint professionelle Bestandteile mit einer klassischen Technologie, wie die Hebelgruppe Stil E61, mit der in wenigen Sekunden hervorragende Espressi und cremige Cappuccini zubereitet werden können.
Gehäuse aus Edelstahl AISI 304 (14301), Brühgruppe von einem Heißwasser-Kreislaufsystem aufgeheizt, Kupferkessel mit innerem Wärmeaustauscher zur gleichzeitigen Zubereitung von Kaffee, Dampf und Wasser.
Die Ausführung der Espressomaschine mit Wasserbehälter (4 lt.) verfügt über eine Vibrationspumpe.

Arbeitet mit einer Motorpumpe und Hebelbrühgruppe: durch Betätigen des Hebels wird Kaffee abgegeben, ist die gewünschte Menge erreicht, wird durch Absenken des Hebels die Kaffeeabgabe gestoppt.
Die Brühgruppe wird mit dem traditionellen Heißwasser-Kreislaufsystem und Wasser von den Wärmeaustauschern erhitzt.
